Sowing: April-May in a sunny location or September-October in pots, which should be placed in a bright and warm place.
It is best to plant the seedlings in spring, when they have the best conditions for growth.
The seedlings are planted in good quality organic soil approximately 4 cm deep. Lightly cover the soil and press it down around the seedling. The ideal spacing between plants is 30 cm.
Mint prefers a sunny spot or light partial shade and requires regular watering as it is hygrophilic.
Harvest
Harvesting depends on the planting and takes place from May to October or November. Mint is a perennial with a lifespan of approximately 3 years, we recommend covering it with leaves in the fall.
Natural aid for digestion and immunity
Mint is great for soothing digestion and the stomach lining, especially in neuroses. From its leaves you can prepare a tea that supports immunity and helps with colds. It is also ideal for refreshing in drinks, in salads or pesto.
