The seedlings are sown in the spring in April-May directly in the outdoor bed to a depth of 5 cm. The recommended distance between rows is 50 cm. The plant requires a sunny location and good quality organic soil.

Harvest
Seed collection, either for the next season or for processing, takes place in August after the plant has bloomed.
