USE
Pour two tablespoons into 2 l of unboiled water max 70 °C and infuse for 24 h. After cooling, use for poultices, rubbing or bathing affected areas.

ORGANIC OATS AND BUCKWHEAT
Organic oats are a source of very beneficial natural substances for health. Both the fruit and the stalk contain protein, fibre, carbohydrates, starches, sterols, glycosides such as vanilloside, avenin and B vitamins. Flavonoids, minerals such as iron, zinc and manganese, saponins and silicic acid are present in the stem. Other active substances include vitamin E, lipids, linoleic acid. Organic oats have stimulating properties, which is why they are included in many cosmetic creams and masks, especially for acne and atopic eczema.
